Can I request a same-day visit?
You can ask about a same-day appointment when you call. Availability must be confirmed for your location and preferred time; a same-day visit or completed repair is not guaranteed.
What information should I keep ready?
Keep your TV brand, model number, approximate screen size, locality and PIN code ready. Describe the symptoms and when they started. For a follow-up enquiry, also keep your previous booking or service details handy.

How much does a TV repair visit cost?
Visit charges start from ₹500. Confirm the applicable visit charge when booking. The repair cost is quoted separately after the TV has been inspected.
Can you give the final repair price over the phone?
You can describe the problem over the phone, but the final repair cost is quoted after inspection because similar symptoms can have different causes.
Will you start the repair without my approval?
No. The technician explains the fault and repair cost before work begins. You decide whether to approve the repair.
Is the visit charge included in the repair cost?
Please confirm whether the visit charge is separate or adjusted against the repair bill when you book. Also ask what charges apply if you decide not to proceed with the repair.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by cash or UPI. Confirm the amount and payment details before making a payment.

No. TV Service Repairs is an independent repair service and is not affiliated with or authorised by any TV brand. We provide assistance for out-of-warranty TVs.
