Questions about TV repair
How much does a TV repair visit cost?
The visit charge starts from ₹500. After checking the TV, the technician tells you the fault and the repair cost before any work begins.
Do you repair TVs that are out of warranty?
Yes. We are an independent repair service for out-of-warranty TVs. We are not an authorised service centre of any brand.
My TV has sound but no picture. What is wrong?
Sound without a picture can be caused by a backlight, power supply or display-related fault. A technician needs to inspect the TV to confirm the cause.
Is it worth repairing an old TV?
If the repair costs more than about half the price of a similar new TV, replacing is usually better. We give you the quote first so you can decide.
Do you give a warranty on repairs?
Warranty availability and terms depend on the repair and replacement parts. Please confirm the applicable coverage, duration and exclusions before approving the work.
